Effective Communication as an Auditor & Consultant

Communication doesn't differentiate if you’re working at the office, with a client, at a cafe or at home, it is therefore imperative for your communication to be affective, detailing a few key elements to work together such as active listening and participation, acknowledgement by reading content and of course sharing ideas and information.

The article from Forbes provides oversight of how communication within an organisation can be effectively managed through some key elements; 'listening with intention, communication without judgment, being present, being genuinely interested, tailoring their messaging, maintaining eye contact, clearly delegating tasks, speaking with a positive energy and helping others communicate better'.


How does your organisation differentiate communication? What are the affective measures taken? As an Auditor and Consultant, communication is an absolute must, communication forms a substantial part of my day to day.
